About the Journal
The Journal of Planning, Infrastructure, and Transportation (JPIT) is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing research and professional practices in the fields of regional and urban planning, infrastructure systems, transportation, and environmental sustainability.
JPIT aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in developing innovative and sustainable solutions for resilient cities and regions. The journal promotes sustainable approaches to planning, infrastructure, and transportation that enhance efficiency and climate resilience.
JPIT publishes original research papers, review articles, and technical reports that contribute to the understanding, design, and management of planning and infrastructure systems. Each submission is evaluated through a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific rigor, academic quality, and ethical integrity.
The journal welcomes contributions from scholars, professionals, and students working in areas related to planning, civil and environmental engineering, transportation systems, and sustainable development.
Publication Frequency
JPIT is published twice a year (in June and December) by Skadipress – PT Skolaris Asistensi Digitek.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
Currently, an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies to accepted manuscripts to help sustain the journal’s operational and publication activities. The APC contributes to costs related to manuscript management, editing, online publication, digital preservation and archiving, and ensures long-term open access to published articles.
