Volume 1, Issue 1 (December 2025) presents the inaugural edition featuring research articles on regional and urban development with an emphasis on spatial analysis, infrastructure, and land-use planning. The articles address topics such as Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) for sustainable transportation, infrastructure-based strategies for poverty alleviation and spatial prioritization in Medan City, as well as regional food security and the economic impacts of land-use change. This issue aims to contribute to evidence-based development policies and serve as a reference for researchers and practitioners.
